In this episode, we will explore phenomenon-based learning (the other PBL) and how it can be used to drive NGSS instruction. We will use actual phenomena to practice effective questioning, which can be a starting point for project-based learning, research assignments, or scientific investigations. We will also spend time sharing and exploring resources for finding awesome natural phenomena. While mostly focused on science, the strategies in this episode can be used across curricular areas, and all grade levels can benefit!
